Estate, Trust and Real Property Litigation

• We have significant trial experience before both juries and judges in the Circuit, District, and Orphans' Courts of Maryland related to issues involving Wills, Estates, Trusts, & Real Property. When necessary, we will take matters to trial.
• Disputes in these areas are often complicated and involve sensitive family relationships. If appropriate and in the best interest of our clients, after discussion and agreement with our clients, we will attempt to arbitrate, mediate, or settle disputes.
• We handle court cases for Will contests, Trust issues, Probate issues and claims and Guardianships.
• We handle the probate of estates.
• We handle lawsuits involving real property and other land issues. As part of that practice, we do the work necessary to clear title to properties.
• We handle bond claims and situations where Personal Representatives, Guardians, Trustees, or others acting as fiduciaries have either failed to carry out their duties properly or have misappropriated or mishandled assets.
